
Cabbage often gets thrown under the bus as a lowly and un-elegant vegetable with little going for it. I beg to differ, and am offering a number of ways to prepare this vegetable (both cooked and raw) that may change your view. Napa Cabbage and Vegetable Slaw, easy Vegan Coleslaw, Green Slaw,and Asian Style Cabbage Salad are all wonderful raw recipes.
Ginger Sauteed Cabbage and Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage Pickle are delicious cooked preparations. All of these recipes are very easy to make and take between 10 and 15 minutes to prepare.
