Galette is a wonderful, free form pie that can be made sweet or savory depending on your filling. Today we are looking at a lovely spiced Gluten Free Rustic Apple or Pear Galette, rich with raisins and an optional hint of Calvados or brandy. It makes a wonderful hostess gift or offering for a holiday party, and is very easy to serve because it's not in a pie dish.
