This adaptation of Kamisha Jones' Harvest Salad of Micro Greens, Apple and Toasted Walnuts with Red Wine and Orange Vinaigrette is a simple and beautiful recipe with multiple layers of flavor. It was originally served with her Seared Breast of Duck with Cranberry Apple Chutney but makes a perfect starter or after dinner salad. Toasted walnuts and flavorful baby greens are tossed with an orange scented red wine vinaigrette, then perched atop thinly sliced baked apple rounds.
