This green drink packs a nutritional wallop and is effective for helping move heavy metals out of the body. Make sure you always use organic produce for smoothies.

- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon dulse flakes
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley leaves
- 2 stalks celery
- ½ lemon, peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1 mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup organic apple juice or 1 Fuji apple, cored and chopped
- Filtered water
Place all ingredients in a blender along with 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth and add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
