This quick recipe for wasabi aioli is fabulous on grilled fish, tofu, veggie burgers, and meats. It’s also excellent in sandwiches, and holds up well, with a shelf life of a week.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup good quality commercial or homemade mayonnaise or Vegenaise
- ½ teaspoon wasabi powder mixed with 2 teaspoons water (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives or scallions
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Preparation:
Stir together all ingredients.
Makes about 1 cup.
