Tamari and a bit of toasted sesame oil make this recipe for Sesame Sautéed Radishes a lively and very easy side dish. Radishes are powerful cleansers and excellent for digestion.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 20 radishes, stems removed and sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 tablespoon water
Preparation:
Warm sesame oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add radishes and cook one minute, stirring frequently. Add water and tamari, and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until radishes are crisp-tender.
Serves 4
