Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425Peel sweet potatoes and cut into wedges about ½ inch thick. Toss with olive oil and salt.
Spread wedges in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
Serves 4
